Apart from training firemen, I have obtained ambulances, fire engines, firefighter equipment, and medical supplies. I have made these donations to different fire departments in Ecuador.  As we all know, we can train firemen, but without equipment they cannot perform their job effectively.  When I receive a phone call from a chief to inform me that the ambulance or the training that was given to them has saved a life, it brings an overwhelming feeling of satisfaction.
